By using the PagePup app you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Service ownership

The PagePup app is developed and operated by OzTech App Studio (Muhammet Melik Özbay, Turkey). It is distributed through the Apple App Store.

2. Age of use

PagePup is designed as a reading-support app for children aged 5 to 10. The app must be used only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Your child's interaction with the app should be supervised by an adult.

3. Account and data

PagePup does not require you to create an account. An anonymous user identifier is generated automatically. This identifier is used to sync your session data across devices. You may delete it and all of your data with one tap.

4. Subscription terms (PagePup PRO)

• Auto-renewal. PagePup PRO subscriptions auto-renew; unless you cancel, you will be charged for the same period each cycle.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime via App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. Submit requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Pricing changes. If subscription pricing changes, we'll notify you at least 30 days before renewal. Cancelling the subscription is enough to decline the new price.
• Free tier. All core reading features are free and remain available for as long as you wish to use the free tier.

5. Intellectual property

The PagePup app, the Page mascot, story texts, icon designs, and the "PagePup" trademark are owned by OzTech App Studio. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes; copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting app content is prohibited.

The fairy tales bundled in the app (Aesop, Grimm, Andersen, Perrault, etc.) are public domain; the simplified adaptations belong to OzTech App Studio.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

PagePup is a supplementary tool that supports your child's reading practice; it is not a substitute for a professional teacher, therapist, or dyslexia specialist. The metrics in the app are estimates and should not be used for clinical evaluation.

The app is provided "as is." Within legal limits, our liability for errors, interruptions, or data loss is limited.

7. Unacceptable use

• Reverse-engineering or attempting to bypass the app's protections
• Sending automated requests that overload the server infrastructure
• Embedding the app or its content in another product
• Using the app for child exploitation, harassment, or illegal purposes

8. Account suspension

If we detect use that violates the terms above, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the app. In such cases, your existing subscription fee may not be refunded.

9. Governing law

Disputes related to these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey and resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

10. Updates

When the terms are materially changed, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be refreshed and an in-app notification will appear at the next launch.
